Shipping & Returns



All items are shipped from our production facility in Claremont, CA, directly to your specified shipping address (residence or business). 

All of our framed images are made to order and shipped in specially designed boxes maximizing the protection and safety of the item while in transit. 

All Domestic USA orders will ship via either FedEx Ground/Home, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

On products that feature "FREE USPS Priority Mail that leaves our facility in 3 days or less" or where we reference shipping in "3 days or less": Sat, Sun, and US Holidays are excluded.

Returns Policy

Contact us for any returns, and we will work with you to satisfy your needs. You may return most new within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs of the return if you contact us prior to the return. We can, and usually will, provide a prepaid label.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, 
you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Simply contact us and we will work with you to replace, fix or refund your order.
